Fundraising Party
On 18 May 2025 there was a party to raise funds to enable to garden to thrive for another quarter century. Over £3,000 was raised on the day from entry and raffle tickets.

Huge thanks to our generous sponsors, Megan's Clapham Old Town, Neal's Nurseries, Interlace Creative Print and High Society. Their support meant 100% of the ticket sales will go to maintain the garden. We are also grateful for all the local businesses who donated raffle prizes.
Clapham Society Talk
Our headgardener, Benny Hawksbee, was the guest speaker at the February 2025 Clapham Society meeting at the Omnibus. He spoke
about the successes of gardening for wildlife in an urban environment.
A great write up in The Clapham Society newsletter said 'Benny kept the packed audience enthralled with numerous photos of not only the evolution of the garden's layout and planting over the last 25 years, but also with the extraordinarily detailed shots of numerous resident insects he has recorded in the garden...His talk informed and inspired as he cited the various ways the garden nurtures and attracts its invertebrate population'.
